About Calgary Roller Hockey

Calgary Roller Hockey proudly celebrates its 35th year, marking more than three decades of growth, passion, and commitment to inline hockey in Calgary and the surrounding area. From its roots in the professional wheeled-hockey era of the 1990s to today, the organization has become one of Alberta’s most inclusive and rapidly growing inline hockey communities.

Calgary Roller Hockey offers engaging programs for players of all ages and skill levels, emphasizing teamwork, sportsmanship, confidence, and a lifelong love of the game. The league provides opportunities for skill development, friendly competition, and personal growth, ensuring that every player feels supported and challenged on the floor.

Players can progress through local programs such as the Calgary Junior Radz and Junior Outlaws, as well as national opportunities through the True North program. These pathways allow players to continue advancing their skills while staying connected to Calgary’s vibrant hockey community.

The upcoming season promises fast-paced action, memorable moments, and exciting development opportunities for new players, returning veterans, and families alike.

Jersey Approval & Standards

Moving forward, all team jerseys must be approved by the Calgary Roller Hockey League prior to production and use in league play. The Calgary Roller Hockey League has league jersey sets available for use if needed; however, if teams plan on ordering their own jerseys, all designs must be submitted for approval in advance. Jersey designs will be reviewed to ensure color combinations provide clear contrast and do not conflict with other teams or officials, as well as overall readability, including numbers and names. In addition, all jerseys must display the South Central Alberta Inline (SCAI) logo and the Calgary Roller Hockey League logo on the shoulder crests. The league is happy to assist teams with jersey design and production through our current supplier; however, teams must allow approximately 4–6 weeks for design approval, production, and delivery. Jerseys that do not meet league standards or receive prior approval may be required to be modified or replaced before participation is permitted.
